Digital Photo Club

Rules & Guidelines

To maintain a fair, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all members, the Photo Club has established a set of rules and guidelines for participation. These rules help ensure that submissions meet quality standards, follow ethical practices, and respect the creative efforts of others. All photos must be original works created by the submitting member. Images containing copyrighted material, harmful content, or inappropriate themes will not be accepted. Members should also avoid excessive editing that misrepresents the authenticity of the photograph unless the category specifically allows creative manipulation. File sizes, dimensions, and formats should follow the submission instructions to ensure proper display in the gallery.

We also ask members to engage respectfully with one another. Constructive feedback is welcome, but negative or discouraging comments are not permitted. Voting should be based on creativity, composition, and overall impact—not personal relationships or popularity. Members may submit one photo per contest cycle unless otherwise stated. Late submissions will not be accepted to maintain fairness. By following these guidelines, we create a positive space where photographers can grow, learn, and share their work confidently. These rules help protect the integrity of the club and ensure that every member has an equal opportunity to participate and shine.
